More than 7 days prior to trip departure: No charge
7 days - 3 days before arrival: 50% charge
Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
No show: 100% of total rate

For GIT booking (group of from 7 cabins)

More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge
60 days - 31 days before arrival: 50% charge
From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate
Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
No show: 100% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Great cruise for your Halong Bay trip

They were very responsive to my questions, both during booking and after. I also arranged their transportation from Hanoi, which was smooth and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were dropped off at the Paradise Suites Hotel to check in and wait for a shuttle cart to the ship. Paradise Peak, a charming eight-cabin vessel, was only half full, allowing for personalized service throughout the trip. The general captain, did an excellent job managing the cruise, and Net, our butler, was friendly and attentive, though there were occasional communication challenges.

An oasis found for the two best days of my life

Our 2 days 1 night travel to Vietnam by cruise on Paradise Peak 2 in a Superior Suite was exceptional. The room was elegant and surprisingly spacious, with well-organized but optional activities. We enjoyed hiking Titov Island, kayaking Luon Cave, Tai Chi at sunrise, and exploring Sung Sot Cave. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented, and the cocktails hit the spot. With stunning scenery and outstanding service, it was an unforgettable experience. Be sure to pack a swimsuit and comfortable shoes for the adventures!
